This week we’re talking to Nat about her two tabby boys Bob and Bruce, and their life together in Berlin – all the b’s!
We’re already a bit in love with Bob and Bruce, tell us more!
Bob found me, the cat distribution system worked its magic. And then he met his brother Bruce after I moved in with my fiancé. They’re aged 10 and 14 and we’re a happy family of four.
How adorable. Do they have any nicknames they go by between the two of them?
Oh absolutely! Here are just a few examples – Bobby G, GG, Boberan, Bobby Brown, Bobby Bear, Brucey B – I could go on…
We know you live in Berlin – very cool, but what do you do out there for work?
I’m a dance teacher and absolutely love my job. But if I could do anything else I’d be a professional cat cuddler.
Oh wow even cooler! What does your typical Saturday morning look like?
I’d love to say a lie-in but I’m usually up with cattos and kiddos to feed them all, and then coffee for me while TV distracts the lil one. Coffee is made and then German lessons are had on my app. Lazy couch mornings are my favourite on a Saturday, especially before breakfast once my older child wakes up.
Is there anything you specifically look forward to at the weekends?
Long bike rides are my favourite way to spend days off.
And then what about if you’re treating yourself, what would be the go-to?
Off the top of my head, I think I’d say a massage.
Ahh great choice, the ultimate weekend relaxation. Do you have any Saturday anthems to go with your weekend?
Nothing specific, but I’d always go for jazz music.

Oh yes, I grew up with them and they’ve always found me. I think I may have been one in a past life.
We feel like we already know the answer to this, but do you have any cool cat-person things in your home?
Haha well, we have many, but our cat tree is pretty awesome!
OK, last question. Are there any sneaky snacks you feed your cats that you maybe shouldn’t?
Well, mine doesn’t actually like human food but my fiancé’s cat actually loves olives!
